Standard Coordinating Package

Leading up to your event:

  • Unlimited email, phone, and text communication after booking.

  • 45 miles of travel at no additional cost.

  • Access to editable planning document.

  • Access to local recommended vendor list.

  • One virtual meeting to create a draft timeline.

  • One pre-event meeting to discuss all event information, finalize timeline, and go over all event day contingencies to determine any other needs.

  • One venue walk-through about a month before the event - scheduling the pre-event meeting right afterwards works really well!

  • Introduction and communication with other hired vendors 1-2 weeks before the event.

  • Coordination of the event rehearsal (1 hour).

The day of your event:

  • 12 hours of coordination on the day of the event.

  • Coordination and management of setup, timeline, and cleanup on the day of the Event.

  • Work with other vendors the day of the event to make sure all aspects of the day run smoothly and according to plan.

  • Timing and release of wedding party procession.

  • Trouble-shooting throughout the Event.

  • Wedding party emergency kit including bandaids, mints, Advil, tissues, safety pins, and other essentials.

Cost: $1800

Deluxe Coordinating Package

Leading up to your event:

  • Unlimited email, phone, and text communication after booking.

  • 45 miles of travel at no additional cost.

  • Access to editable planning document.

  • Access to local recommended vendor list.

  • Up to 4 additional meetings to be used as you choose! Some examples are meeting with other vendors, planning support, additional venue walk-throughs, etc.

  • One virtual meeting to create a draft timeline.

  • One pre-event meeting to discuss all event information, finalize timeline, and go over all event day contingencies to determine any other needs.

  • One venue walk-through about a month before the event - scheduling the pre-event meeting right afterwards works really well!

Customized Events

Customized events include many of the items listed in the above packages, but it all depends on each event's individual needs and what can realistically be provided in the time allotted.

Cost: provided after consultation
